According to the company, the capital from this seed round will support the platform's development and market expansion ahead of its official launch, scheduled for November 15, 2026.

Founded by CEO Brendan McCafferty, IPX Exchange describes its aim as building an intellectual property economy centered on creators and fans. Its core product is an agentic operating system that connects original IP with fan-backed funding, AI-assisted production and revenue-based rewards.
